12th Lord

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the Ascendant (1st house), the native will be a spendthrift. They will be weak in constuition, suffer from phlegmatic diseases (Kapha), and will be devoid of wealth and learning.

1st: Wastage of money when visiting abroad for education or job, settled abroad, doctor or surgeon, problem in feet, import and export business, job in MNCs, check the other house this planet rules and associate its loss, not enough resources to execute plans, person is a spendthrift or unnecessarily money is wasted, lost – not clear about what to do, creative – bad for business.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 2nd house, the native will always spend on auspicious deeds. They will be righteous (religious), speak pleasantly, and will be endowed with virtues and happiness.

2nd: Losses to family [parents] especially in childhood, separated from family, gambling, depletes resources due to donations, troubles from family.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 3rd house, the native will be devoid of happiness from siblings. They will harbor hatred towards other people and will be concerned only with nourishing their own body (selfish).

3rd: Separated from brother, mother, father etc, loss of talent – to leave some job that he has done and change completely, given up education.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 4th house, the native will be devoid of happiness from their mother. They will face losses regarding lands, vehicles, and houses day by day.

4th: Left birth place, separated from mother, living in some other’s home / change of country, depending on others – adoption etc, not able to live in own home, multiple city changes, gives away comfort to others, to leave comfort zone – to leave a greencard and come back to India.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 5th house, the native will be devoid of children and learning. They will spend money for the sake of a son (to obtain or support issue) and will be fond of going on pilgrimages.

5th: Sudden end of education, interested in mantra shastra - chanting, not having [male] children, loss of position, troubles come as you get promotion / elevation, loss of fame, gives away teaching.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 6th house, the native creates enmity with their own people. They will be prone to anger, sinful, miserable, and interested in other people's wives.

6th: not talking at all or talking too much, spirituality as a routine, yoga teachers, not interested in marriage, diseases-debts-enemies are sources of depletion of wealth, digestive issues, good for mediation, gives away physical help easily.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 7th house, the native will always incur expenses on account of their wife (spouse). They will not enjoy happiness from their wife and will be devoid of strength and learning.

7th: Expenses due to partners, partners are benefited, clear articulation of ideas, gives away ego.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 8th house, the native will always be gainful (wealthy). They will be a pleasant speaker, will have a medium span of life, and will be endowed with all good qualities

8th: Expenditure due to long term diseases, loneliness, spirituality, unknown or secret expenses, investments due to inheritance, when troubles haunt the individual – his spirituality increases, escapes accidents, transformed by change in place, secretive relationships, gives away inheritance easily, facing imprisonment.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 9th house, the native will be hateful towards their Gurus (teachers). They will have enmity even with their friends and will be intent on fulfilling their own selfish interests.

9th: Just one relationship or marriage, interested in helping others-donations, salvation, living abroad or away from paternal family, staying away from father, father suffering losses or unnecessary expenses, help from divine, should connect to spirituality or higher octave in religion.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 10th house, the native will incur expenses on account of the king (government) or royal family. They will derive very little happiness from their father.

10th: Father spending a lot of money, job involving traveling, hospital, staying away from family, sudden loss of profession due to changes in way something works, loss of fame, not respected enough / gains not enough credit, gives away respect.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 11th house, there will be losses in gains (profits). Occasionally, the native may obtain wealth that is protected or kept by others.

11th: Last minute cancellation of deals, separation from elder siblings, less profit in endeavours-more shareholders, earning and expenditure from foreign sources, delay in getting gains, gives away profit.

If the Lord of the 12th house is placed in the 12th house, there will indeed be excessive expenditure. The native will not enjoy physical happiness, will be prone to anger, and will be hateful towards people.

12th: Increases expenses, waiting for accumulation of money or spending right away depending on the dignity of the planet, spirituality, bedroom, easy losses, worried about expenses or careless about expenditure.
